It is in March 2007, the giant Skywalk — the $30 million steel-and-glass walkway - will be made open for public, the 1,500-member Hualapai tribe announced.
The amusing Skywalk will jut out 70 feet (21 meters) from rim of the canyon! This will allow tourists to go further into the Canyon with nothing between their feet and the Colorado River! Might occur scary for some, but it will be a great thrill for many tourists.
Once can watch the river 4,000 feet (1,220 meters) below standing on the four inches (ten centimeters) of glass. Thanks to the ever-happening world of technology.
