Maxim magazine - the men’s magazine, a phenomenal success with a US readership of 13.7 million readers and being published in 45 countries is all set to enter the world of Las Vegas. Maxim has very ambitious plans with lending its name to a 1.2 billion plus hotel casino venture that is proposed to open in the year 2010 in Las Vegas. The project proposes the setting up of a four star hotel which would portray a very swanky and trendy image. The hotel casino would have state of the art facilities and service to keep to the demands of its elite clientele.

The partner for this venture is the real estate giant Concorde Wilshire Partners LLC which has a strong network both in Los Angeles as well as in Las Vegas. The hotel casino would have 2300 rooms with a huge area of 60000 square feet dedicated to a casino alone. The hotel would also have a concert venue that can seat 3000 people , some retail stores, pool, restaurants and a spa. The year 2007 would be witness to the starting of the construction of this high profile mega project.
Maxim would benefit from the licensing fees from the running of the hotel. It is proposed to hire a professional management firm to look after the operations of the hotel and casino. Going by the high profile image of Maxim Magazine and also its partner Concorde Wilshire Partners LLC, the completion of the project would be a much looked forward to event.
